We have a 30-day quality warranty (from the day of receiving the package), if your glasses were broken due to natural quality issue within 30 days after receiving them, we will replace them for free once. Otherwise, a discount code could be offered for the order out of warranty.

If the problem was confirmed to be caused by us, such as quality issue, damage on arrival, we would offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Any unexpected issues caused by the customers, such as filling out wrong prescription, selecting an unsuitable size, or personally don’t like the glasses, etc., there will be a special coupon for the next order Please notice that we will not be responsible for the shipping fee if there is any returns.
